Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the playtech platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions along with all related policies published on this website.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using this platform. Continued use after any amendments will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The playtech platform is intended for individuals aged 18 or older who reside in jurisdictions where online betting is permitted. Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable local laws.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of playtech services, you must register an account with accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Multiple account ownership may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed authorized by you. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.
During verification, you may be required to submit valid identification documents such as MyKad or passport. This information is necessary to comply with legal requirements and to protect your account’s security.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Playtech platform users agree not to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or security-threatening activities toward the platform or other users. Prohibited activities specifically include:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate game outcomes or system processes.
- Sharing account details or allowing third parties to use your account on your behalf.
- Submitting false claims or providing incorrect identification information during registration or verification.
- Conducting transactions with the intent to launder money or fund illegal activities.
- Accessing the platform using software designed to alter or bypass fair game mechanisms.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through unauthorized methods such as multiple registrations or violating bonus terms.
Playtech reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including account suspension and freezing related balances, pending ongoing investigations.
Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the playtech platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We do not accept foreign currency payments and do not cover any currency exchange fees that may be imposed by third parties.
Deposits can be made via available payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and local bank transfers. Deposit processing is generally instant, though times may vary depending on the chosen payment provider.
For withdrawals, users must complete the full account verification process before their first withdrawal request can be processed. playtech reserves the right to request additional documents as part of compliance procedures. Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within the stated timeframe according to the chosen method.
All bonuses and rewards are subject to specific wagering requirements outlined at the time the offer is made. Users are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before accepting any bonus.
Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Playtech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial losses caused by technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or system errors beyond our control.
All content on the playtech platform including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and brand names are intellectual property of playtech or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any content without written permission from playtech.
Use of brand names, logos, or platform content for third-party commercial or marketing purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Account Policies, Third-Party Links & Terms Changes
Playtech reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close user accounts for reasons including breaches of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to pass compliance checks, or at the user's request. In cases of account closure due to violations, any balance linked to problematic activity may not be refunded.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. playtech is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. These links are provided solely for user convenience and do not imply endorsement of any third party.
Playtech reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published on the website. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
